Refunds and Returns

All product sales are final, and are shipped with tracking and insurance. On the occasion that a product is damaged through shipping or is defective in some way, shape or form, upon proof of purchase and documentation I will do my absolute best to come to an amicable resolution.

The unconventional unique qualities of handmade items

Please note that items are hand made, and small and unique differences between multiple pieces from a grouping of things that are customized are both understandable and to be expected. If I hand make 5 things, each will be slightly different from one another. I am not a robot, and because of that, you get to have a wonderfully special piece, just for you. Like my eyebrows - sisters, not twins.

Shipping

I ship with Canada Post, with insurance and provide tracking. I ship within 5 days of an order of an item that is in stock, and for custom items, timeframe will be discussed during item request and contact through email.

Care

Although resin pieces are quite durable, please do treat them with care. If you run over them with your car or put them through a wood chipper, they will break. Please exercise common sense.

Tote bags should be hand washed inside out in cool water with mild detergent, and hung to dry to avoid shrinkage and prolong the life of your bag. Be gentle scrubbing around embellishments; although I use industrial strength adhesives that are super heckin’ strong, I can’t guarantee that you won’t lose a stone or two if you jackhammer it. Be good to your bag. It loves you.
